1. How Infinity Rise Education works
Infinity Rise Education (a business name of Mateo Paolasini Laffargue, ABN 94 239 273 928) runs an online platform that connects families with independent, verified tutors. Each tutor runs their own tutoring business and sets their own rate. When you book a tutor, your lesson agreement is with that tutor. We arrange the booking, collect payment on the tutor’s behalf, and support you if anything goes wrong.
2. Booking and consent
- Free 15-minute consult to understand your child’s needs, with no obligation.
- You see your tutor’s profile and rate, and we confirm the tutor, rate, lesson length and time in writing before the first lesson.
- A parent or guardian must book and accept these terms for any student under 18. We keep a record of your consent, the agreed price and time, and the version of these terms you accepted.
- A regular weekly time does not commit you to a full term. You can stop at any time.
3. Prices and payment
- Lessons start from $60 per hour for Years 7–10 and from $70 per hour for VCE. Each tutor’s exact rate is shown before you book.
- Lessons are 60 minutes as standard; 90-minute lessons are available for VCE.
- You pay per lesson. No packages, deposits or lock-in contracts.
- Payment is due at least 24 hours before each lesson, or on confirmation if booked later. You pay Infinity Rise Education, which receives the payment on behalf of your tutor.
- A tutor’s rate can only change for future lessons, and only if you agree.
4. Cancellations, holidays and refunds

We waive late-cancellation fees if the slot is filled, and we treat emergencies fairly. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
5. Child safety and lessons
Every tutor is checked before they teach: identity, results or qualifications, references, and a current Victorian Working with Children clearance. Tutors only contact students through channels parents can see, and lessons are not recorded without your written consent. Tutors teach with care and skill, but no one can guarantee a grade, ATAR or study score. Read our Child Safety Policy.
6. Privacy
We collect only what we need to run lessons and never sell your information. See our privacy notice.
7. Complaints, changes and contact
- Email us with any complaint. We reply within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 10.
- We give 14 days’ notice of any change to these terms. Changes never apply to lessons already paid for.
