Infinity Rise Education (a business name of Mateo Paolasini Laffargue, ABN 94 239 273 928) collects only the information needed to run safe, effective tutoring, and never sells it. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles as best practice.
What we collect and why

We only collect information about learning needs or disability if you choose to share it to help the tutor.
Who we share it with
- Your tutor: only the student details they need to teach.
- Service providers: website hosting, email, payments, video calls and file storage. Some may store data outside Australia; we choose providers with strong security.
- Authorities: police, Child Protection or regulators when the law requires it or a child’s safety is at risk.
Security and how long we keep it
- Accounts use strong passwords and two-factor authentication where available.
- Lesson and booking records are kept for 7 years for tax and child safety purposes.
- Tutor screening and WWC records are kept for 7 years after a tutor leaves.
- Enquiries that don’t become bookings are deleted after 12 months.
If a data breach is likely to cause serious harm, we will tell you as soon as possible.
Your rights and contact
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time, and we reply within 30 days. If you’re not satisfied with how we handle a concern, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
